Tennis superstar Novak Djokovic has announced that he will be hosting a charity event at Rod Laver Arena during the 2024 Australian Open. The event, which will take place on January 24, will feature an exhibition match between Djokovic and a yet-to-be-named opponent, as well as a silent auction and other fundraising activities.
All proceeds from the event will benefit the Novak Djokovic Foundation, which supports underprivileged children in Serbia and around the world through education, sports, and health initiatives.
"I am very excited to be able to host this event at the Australian Open," said Djokovic. "The Australian Open is one of the biggest sporting events in the world, and I hope that this event will help us raise awareness for the important work that the Novak Djokovic Foundation does."
